With five years dedicated to the Craftinsure brand, Natasha has developed deep expertise in boats, territorial moorings, and the unique insurance requirements of the UK canal network.

Throughout her career, Natasha has been instrumental in shaping competitive pricing structures, conducting market analysis, and strengthening Craftinsure’s position within the marine insurance market. She has led key projects aimed at improving customer experience, including initiatives to address common customer queries and enhance website usability.

Natasha’s commitment to understanding customer needs extends beyond the office. She attends the Southampton Boat Show every year, engaging directly with boat owners to better understand emerging trends and on-water challenges.
