Charlotte’s role at Ripe covers the full insurance product lifecycle, from researching new opportunities to reviewing established policies. With more than 14 years of experience working for Ripe brands, she brings this experience to Craftinsure as part of her responsibilities for the group’s products.

Charlotte works across underwriting, IT, marketing and customer-facing teams to develop products around specialised customer needs. She also uses performance data and feedback to guide improvements, with responsibilities that include policy wordings, customer documentation and company-wide product training.
